I strive to fulfill orders within 2-3 business days. If you put an order in on a Friday, I will see it on Monday. I'm a small operation so please be patient. Priority Mail is not a time-guaranteed service. While it usually takes 3-7 days from shipment date, there is no refund if it takes longer.
When you place an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation as well as an email when something has shipped. US domestic orders will receive a tracking number. I ship both Domestic and International orders using USPS Priority Mail (note, tracking numbers only provided on orders weighing more than .5 lb).
In most situations you should receive your order within 3-7 business days of shipping. For very large orders, please allow up to two weeks. I offer FREE Domestic shipping using USPS Priority Mail, however, if you're in a time crunch and need it sooner, use the contact form with the heading "Shipping" to discuss options and purchase additional postage.
The minimum transit time for international shipping is 3-4 weeks (yes, even to Canada). I ship to all international countries.
If you aren't completely satisfied with my products, I will issue you a refund. However, you will be required to ship the product back to me before I will process the refund, less the shipping. Please include the original invoice or order number.
No returns/refunds given after 60 days.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please take a picture and email it me. Once I get the photo I will send you a replacement free of charge.
If your order is lost in transit you'll have the option of reshipment or a refund for the missing item (less the shipping fees). I am unable to reship for a third time or offer a refund.
Changes to an address require a reshipment fee.
If you entered an incomplete / incorrect or hotel address and your item is lost / stolen, I require that you send the money for reshipment. Minimum domestic reshipment charge is $2.00+
I DO NOT SHIP TO HOTEL ADDRESSES. I apologize if this is an inconvenience to you, but I have had too many orders gone "missing." Please use a physical mailing address or PO Box only.
